Dick and I went out to Whidbey to do some measuring and talk to the planning people in Coupeville. We need a geo-tech survey to go closer than 100 ft. from the bluff to build anything. The perk went ok and I believe that's because most of the s#*t is above ground as depicted. If you need any old tires, I have a few spares. Astro turf anyone? Anyone? The geo-tech man will take a week for his fesibility report. It was a very enlightening day and very cold and windy. I want summer and I want it NOW...But I'd settle for spring.
